1. Platform Use · การใช้แพลตฟอร์ม

TalkEVENT is a platform for discovering and registering for events in Thailand and beyond. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

TalkEVENT คือแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับค้นหาและลงทะเบียนอีเวนต์ การสร้างบัญชีถือว่าคุณยอมรับที่จะใช้แพลตฟอร์มเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายเท่านั้น

2. Member Account · บัญชีสมาชิก

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. Notify us immediately if you suspect a security breach.

During the closed beta period, accounts are available by invitation only. TalkEVENT reserves the right to revoke access at any time during the beta phase.

When you register for an event through TalkEVENT:

• Your registration data is shared with the event organizer
• Attendance is subject to the organizer's own terms and conditions
• TalkEVENT acts as a platform intermediary and is not responsible for event content, cancellations, or changes made by the organizer
• Refund and cancellation policies are set by each individual organizer

Event details published on TalkEVENT are provided by organizers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of event information. Always verify details with the organizer directly for critical events.

5. Acceptable Use · การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

You agree not to:

• Create fake or misleading accounts
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users or organizers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract platform content
• Resell event access or registration without authorisation

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Limitations · ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

TalkEVENT provides the platform on an "as is" basis during the beta phase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, event cancellations by organizers, or force majeure events.

TalkEVENT may update these Terms, modify platform features, or change access conditions at any time. We will notify registered members of material changes via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Some events may require additional information or consent (e.g., age verification, professional credentials, or photo release). These conditions are set by the organizer and will be presented at the time of registration for the relevant event.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using the platform and attending events.
